#Flurys. The name spells magic. Prime location, great ambiance, finger licking food.
We saw the famous chocolate Durga idol that has been crafted by their staff.
We had a group meet there and the view of the decorated, beautifully-lit Park Street from the windows of Flury's was a huge bonus. The atmosphere was of festive cheer, this being post- puja period.

From the lighting to the service to the bonhomie, everything was perfect, except for the food. Sadly, that was hardly worth the name.
We ordered panini chicken sandwiches, chicken cutlets and fish cutlets with cappuccino, cold coffee and tea.
The mains came with tartar sauce and a side of French fries. The chicken cutlets had a fried egg on it too.

I have been to Flurys earlier, and the breakfast had been delicious. This time, despite the bloated prices, the food was, at best, average. Though the ambiance and service, along with the iconic name made up for it, a café or restaurant is only as good as it's grub!
Ambiance - 10/10
Service - 9/10
Food - 7/10
