This is a self-created "jugadu" quick-fix recipe. You can make it when you can't find anything else to cook.
Just finely chop half a cabbage, 9-10 french beans, two pods of garlic, and one onion. If you have capsicum, you can slice some too.
In a pan, heat some vegetable or olive oil, add the chopped garlic, onion and stir. Add the cabbage and beans. Keep stirring on high flame. If you are adding capsicum, add after the other vegetables are slightly fried.
Sprinkle salt and crushed pepper. Once the veggies are slightly browned, add half teaspoon vinegar and soya sauce. Mix all ingredients and stir for another 5 minutes.
Remove and serve with rice, noodles or roti/paratha. You can mix an egg and add after the veggies are fried, or add boiled shrimp or chicken.
It's an easy peasy stir fry with whatever you have in the fridge.
Ps: It tastes good 😋
